ACE Shareholders Approve Quarterly Dividend Increase; Board Declares Record Date for First Dividend Installment; All Other Shareholder Proposals Approved

ZURICH--May 21, 2015--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of ACE Limited (NYSE: ACE) announced today its shareholders have approved all matters submitted to the ACE Limited 2015 Annual General Meeting, held at the company’s offices in Zurich, Switzerland, including a 3% increase to the company’s dividend to $2.68 annually ($0.67 per quarter) from $2.60 ($0.65 per quarter). This marks the 22nd consecutive annual increase in the company’s dividend.

The dividend will be payable out of legal reserves in four quarterly installments and will be made in U.S. dollars by the company’s transfer agent, as described in the ACE Limited proxy statement. The company’s Board of Directors declared that shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2015, will be entitled to payment of the first installment on July 21, 2015.
